Please suggest me some best home remedies or excercises..when it occurs it becomes hard for me to get up from bed.. During night i do not feel pain.and in the morning after two hours (approx) it automatically becomes normal and no pain.please guide me.
Hi Karanarora11! Is the pain only when you get up and lasting for 2 hours? Where is the pain located approximately? It sounds like if that's the only time it's hurting, it may be your mattress, or maybe your sleep position. Then once you're up moving around it works itself out. But like chuck1957 said, it might not be a bad idea to see the doc and get checked just to be on the safe side. Take care, Trkey
