how will oxycodone, tylenol 3, vicodin, xanax and 2mg. of suboxon show up in a urine test? by the way i am not taking anything except the xanax and percocet now. the others were for bad tooth. and the suboxon was from a friend(so called) and was told it was a non-narcotic pain killer.plus i take bp meds lipator, and prevacid.does anyone know how these drugs show up in the urine test? or how long suboxone 2mg. stays in the urine?
Some friend. The subs could have very well put you in severe withdrawals. The oxycodone, tylenol #3, vicodin will show up as opiates. The xanax will show up as a benzodiazapine (sp?). These are standard on most drug tests. The suboxone is a partial agonist but it is still an opiate. It does not produce as great effect as a full agonist (oxy's, vicodin, etc) The problem with subs is that they stay in your system longer than a "normal" opiate. But I think most do not test for subs unless specifically requested. This may change as more and more people are becoming aware of the misuse of subs. My answers may not be 100% accurate but I think I'm pretty close. It also depends on how long you used the different meds, when you took them last, and your metabolism. If you care to give more details, perhaps I could answer better. Also, if you have a prescription for them? I know you didn't for the sub, but the others, I may be able to help you more.
hi diana, that info chris gave you was right on the money. opiates and benzos are what will show up on a urine test.but it sounds like your ready to end this madness goin on in your life.keep in mind that if you have pain issues you may need to come to grips on how to deal with it.being on percs for a long time may have long term effect on your liver.if your doctor knows all of your problems you may want to sit down with him and come up with a long term treatment program for the future.i know most people are intimidated by there doctors and don't wana rock the boat.for fear of not getting the meds there used to.it will come down to it sooner or later.think about it for awhile then do it when your ready.good luck and keep up the fight. you are worth it... pete
