I've got a serious case of carpal tunnel syndrome, and many DeQuervain and sore hands
How to treat carpal tunnel syndrome in patients using anastrozole?
Added 6 Jul 2010:
Patient uses Marevan (warfarin) to control a thrombosis that happened in May of 2009. The use of anti-inflammatory is not recommended in these cases, for the interaction of the medicines and the warfarin.
The best pain relief, in your situation, is probably a combination of acetaminophen and codeine.
Talk to your pharmacist, they will be able to recommend something suitable.
Anything stronger will require a doctors prescription.
