Irene wolff, 65y old, began her symptoms (dupuytren) some months ago. It's possibly triggered by "femara". The palm fascia reaches the thickness of 4. 2mm at the left hand. Our son, fernando, and myself, claudio wolff, we both are gastroenterologists. He is doing an observership at the hospital of upenn. I also will be there, the first two weeks of august. Her physician is dr carlos von muhlen.

Xiaflex, Collagenase clostridium histolyticum injection, is used to treat Dupuytren's contracture with a palpable cord in adults.
It is a prescription medicine so you will need a prescription from an American registered doctor.
Xiaflex is priced around $3,250 per injection but you will need to confirm this with the supplier (pharmacy).
