How much can proscar benenit in case of women hair loss and how much it should be taken - my age is 25,weight 54 kg,i have hormones problems that caused my hair loss since i were14 years old
The short answer is no - you should not take Proscar for hair loss.
Finasteride, the active ingredient in Proscar, is a teratogen, i.e. it can cause malformation of the fetus.
Women of potential childbearing age should not take Finasteride.
It is not indicated for use in women with hair loss.
