I realize this answer may be a bit late but may be useful in future.
Triprolidine has an elimination half life of 3 to 3.3 hours
Pseudoephedrine has elimination half life of 9 to 16 hours.
It take 5.5 x elimination half life's for a medicine to be out of your system. So it would take about 18.1 hours for triprolidine to be cleared from your system and it would take about 88 hours for pseudoephedrine to be cleared from you system.
