I am assuming you are referring to the Zantac 75 you can purchase over the counter from your pharmacy?
The usual adult dose for indigestion is Ranitidine
75 mg orally once daily ( 30 to 60 minutes before a meal). The dose may be increased to 75 mg twice daily if needed. Maximum duration of therapy if self-medicating is 14 days.
Ranitidine can actually be given in higher doses up to three times a day but this must be under the guidance of your doctor.
