The elimination half-life of hydrocodone is reportedly about 3.8 hours in healthy adults.

It takes about 5.5 half life's before all the drug is eliminated from your system. Therefore it'll take approximately 20.9 hours (5.5 x 3.8hours) for it to be cleared from a healthy adults system (not sure about a 200 pound person).
