I have been taking Celebrex 200 for six days for severe spinal stenosis. Does Celebrex become more effective with use or does it have to help soon after taking? In other words is there benefit to continue taking it?

... Celebrex does not do the work by itself. Daily consumption is 400mg of Celebrex & 2 Ultracet. Is it harmful on the long run?
