How long after taking a single dose of Ativan, can I breastfeed?

Karin,
I don't think it's advised to breastfeed when taking Ativan because it actually interacts with the breastmilk at some point in your body. I think it can actually remain in your system 24-48 hours after taking it even though you may not be feeling its effects. I would definitely check with your doctor.
