I took this from Micromedex:

Oral: time to peak concentration, approximately 5 h
Oral tablet, pediatric: time to peak concentration, approximately 8 h
Hepatic: extensively; substrate of CYP3A, CYP2C9 and CYP2D6; Active metabolite: N-desmethyl tamoxifen
Biliary/fecal: 65%, less than 30% unchanged; Renal: only small amounts
Elimination Half Life
about 5 days to 7 days
N-desmethyl tamoxifen (active metabolite): approximately 14 days
