I have a small white round pill with 10 on one side and 00 on the other which is supposedly oxycontin. It does not seem nearly as strong as percocet 512's. Is it?
ok first off It's dangerous to take any pill that you don't know exactly what it is. Secondly Oxycontin pills say OP on one side and the size (10,20,30,40,60,80, ect.) on the other. The old Oxycontin pills said OC instead of OP. Basically the pill you have probably isn't a Oxycontin and you need to be careful of what your taking. For example If that pill happened to be for anti-seizure you could possibly have an acual seizure. This website has a pill identifier so lastly I would like to suggest you research any pill you take. Please be careful.
I am not 100% sure, but I do believe that the oxycontin, if it really is oxycontin, is much stronger than the percocet. Oxycontin is stronger because it is the same as percocet, only without the acetaminophen. So basically, it is straight narcotic, without the filler. I have taken both oxycontin and percocet in the past, and I have always found oxycontin to be much stronger.
