what i mean is i find myself wandering off the task i am working on and getting destracted so that i have to keep coming back to what i am doing and figure out where i left off what can i do to help this problom ?
Talk to a psychiatrist. You may have ADHD/ADD. I'm very much like that and I have ADD. When I take medicine for it, it helps me to focus on tasks and follow through. I start a project and get distracted and do something else, then I notice the first project I left unfinished. I get distracted really easy.
You sound like me! Trying to do too many things at one time. It's called multi-tasking. Some are good at it, & some are not making things even harder to complete. I would suggest you really concentrate on finishing one thing before you start another. I have to do this even when I clean or I get lost in what I'm do & never finish the entire job. And if you don't complete every little thing it's not a catastrophe! Like cleaning, I concentrate on 1 room at a time til it's complete. My husband says I sometimes drive him crazy with this. I used to worry about it, but now I don't. Just do my best at each thing I do, one at a time. Hope this helps ...
