I am a 60 year old male, 5' 11'' and weigh 255#. I am diabetic and have gained about 30 pounds in the past 3 years. I don't regularly exercise except for walking about 1-2 miles a day. My activity is somewhat sedentary, however, I've been a little more active this past year than prior years and I am eating about the same if not a little less. What do you suggest for losing belly fat?
