Hello jill higbee. tapering is always the safest route. Not knowing your dose, lessen it by 1/4. Then after a few days, cut it again, say by 1/4. see how you feel and allow your body to adjust. If you feel you're doing well, continue. If not, you can once again go back to your previous dose. And as I said in an earlier question, ask your doctor.
