If we go to gym at the age of 67 and do cardio and stress excersises [no weight lifting], will it help?
Have you seen a cardiologist? They can give you a stress test to ensure that you are ready for an exercise program.
Provided that your doctors have given you the Ok to work out, then I would find a fitness center that has personal trainers on staff that can customize an exercise program for your specific needs. Exercise is one of the major components to good health and longevity.
