If you have been on Lortab for at least a year everyday, you will go thru some degree of withdrawals. If you are looking for a medication that will stop withdrawal and craving, suboxone or subutex is the name of a medication that will keep you out of withdrawal, although in order to get on it and have it work properly, you will have to go into withdrawal for 24 hours. If you have a condition where you will always be in pain and need a long acting pain med, that stops withdrawal, the better med is methadone. There wasn't alot of info about the lortab use to guide you more than that. If you can hit comment and list how much and for how long you were taking, it will be helpful to those who want to help you.
