Hi gang! Just wanted to touch base with you all and hope every one's T day was great? I am on day 76 and my energy levels are great. I have to admit I have been lazy for the past 4 days but plan on getting back to my running schedule tomorrow. I have a race in February and need to train. I def had been thrown for a loop when I jumped off sub but feel like things are getting back to normal. My sleep cycle is better no RLS and anxiety non exsistent. The only bad thing is that whole thing with hubby but I decided not to pursue his addiction and let the cards fall... he is not speaking to me anyway :( so I will ride(horses) with my daughter today over across the river and hope we don't get rained on. Hope u r all well.
