There has been conversation and threads about some losing their appetite on some medications.
Like I have said for me it's been the Sub. What I have noticed most is my distaste for chicken. I used to love it. Lately, I don't even want to look at it, let alone eat it.
As I write this I am actually eating a green salad with some tuna. That's the closest I've come to a non vegan protein in a couple of months.
Don't know why, and would like some thoughts on how to use and get my proteins and other. Not only have I lost some weight, I don't think I look so healthy as I don't think I am getting enough nutrients.
Would something like 'boost' or ensure really be that much help?
