im a very active person. i eat 3 meals a day and some small snacks inbetween. i can eat all i want and lose weight. the only way i have ever gained was by using illigal steriods and hitting the gym. i dont have the time to lift these days and im stady losing weight and cant stand how i look. im 6' and just weighed myself in at 148. im 31 yrs old male,and just dont seem to gain the natural wieght everyone gains with age. is this worth a visit to my dr. ? or will i just be told to eat eat eat and hit the gym?
