No it isn't good most exspire in a year.I know over the counter isn't great but once exspired the medicine loses its potincey.You can also try some creams or the new roll ons.See if the is a free clinic in your area.I know about cards for meds but not for insurance.You can check if you can find a doctor that will send a bill then you can pay a little at a time.We have some in Ohio.
If this medicine has been stored in a tightly sealed package and kept in a cool, dry place it might be still good but might not be as potent. The rule of thumb is to keep them for one year, but for me personally I have used meds at 2 years. Of course you should always consult your physician or pharmacist if you have any doubts.
