how exactly is endometriosis diagnosed and what are kind of treamtments are available for a woman who is 23 and wants children within the next 1-3 years?? will i always have it or can it be permanentaly treated?
You will find all the information requested here https://www.drugs.com/health-guide/endometriosis.html
it most commonly diagnosed with a diagnostic laproscopic procedure because there is really no other way to see it. you can describe your symtoms to your doctor and he can put you on birth control to control the pain but if you are planning on having children then you may not want to do that. Actually having children is supposed to help endo because you shed the lining of your uterus and the endo that is on there also. So, go to the endo website and google it as well. It is a complicated disease that I have been dealing with for many years. I had a hysterctomy in April of this year and another surgery last month to remove even more and I still have some.I am 26 years old! I am kind of an expert in my own right :)
