Hmmm, many have been tried, not much success though.

Yes, some nutrients do help. Magnesium is one. Coq10 another. Both support muscle health. I've tried other so called fibro pills, with little to no success.

The only homeopathic remedy that has worked for me is Arnicare, topical cream or gel. I basically have to apply and reapply several times during the day. It helps me with lower back pain, leg pain, ankle, feet, etc. At the present time I'm using it on my lumbar region after I threw it out while walking. Yes, just walking. It takes the edge off, but doesn't work by itself. I take pain meds as well. Neither gets rid of all the pain, but they work well together.

I haven't had any luck with oral homeopathics. Traumeel oral drops did nothing for me.
