As a person with post concussion syndrome, you should be concerned.
Do you have a dull constant headache, feel nauseated, feel dizzy when u stand, have any visual changes,if u answered yes to any u should see a Dr. I have TBI, Traumatic brain injury, and concussion syndrome
See a Dr. Asap for an MRI to make sure you don't have bleeding in the brain. Or just recovering from a concussion. Ringing in the ears Is also a symptom.

There is a difference between bumping your head in a car and hitting something at 50 mph. I would not be concerned for a minute.
