i recently started on ramipril med but i had a bad skin reaction to these somy gp as changed me to losartan 50mg. normally i was on 10mg now on these new ones its 50mg are these higher than the ramipril .also are the losartan a better choice
I ended up with a heart block from taking Losartan for high B/P, and then ended up with a pace maker because of it. I also went to Optimum Health Institute of Austin TX for 3 wks. It was pricey but my life was on the line so I bit the bullet. Within 2 days, my blood sugar and b/p were better than perfect. Why??? Because I was eating only organic non-starchy vegetables and nothing processed, nothing to drink but water and a fermented probiotic drink. All pain was gone from my body and I could run up and down stairs. I was AMAZED to say the least. Then, I began researching it. Starches/sugar/grains raise blood sugar/insulin. This raises blood pressure in way too many of us. Dairy also raises inflammation (if you eat/drink it, only ingest organic dairy due to pesticides/herbicides/hormone). Then we take drugs, unaware that diet can change this, and without realizing the serious health risks of these medications.
Because I was raised eating the crappy American Diet, I fall short and do partake in the unhealthy foods at times. When my b/p starts to go up again, I start eating only veggies (I make them tastier than Optimum Health) and my b/p drops back down again. I know what I have to do, and I just need to do it. This has worked for so many people. It can even reverse cancers and so many other health issues... if willing to learn and do it. Please research, because your life depends on it. I hope this keeps at least one more person from needing a pace maker or worse. Wishing you all the best!
