it has been unusually hot out this week and i had chest pains yesterday at work. i was carrying a pail of water several times to water some plants. it was about 90 in the shop. i work in ac. so i took breaks sitting in ac but i still got chest pains and could not talk. i got tingly in my fingers too..this took about an hour to go away and its come back a few times today but i only walk short distance carrying things and i am soooo tired. i went in the lake today and didnt even swim much. just sat there and when i got out of water i just wanted to collapse. i am home now resting waiting for chest to stop hurting. thanks for any help..
Hi toobadgirl, You need to take it easy! If chest pain continues, get yoursself to the ER. Could your blood pressure be up from opiate withdrawal? Mine shot up after I cold turkeyed (sorry everyone for the redundancy here) and I also had a bit o' chest pain. It went away though.
Do you have AC at home? Hope so!! Is it possible that you have heat exhaustion???
