i work with seniors and my boss who is not a nurse or doesen't have any papers in nursing she told me i can give the resident 2 tylonel with her morphine.
I believe you are talking about two different medications one is morphine while the other is hydromorphone. Very similar but different none the less. Anyway it is ok to take tylenol with either of these other two medications. The medications you need to NOT give tylenol with are hydrocodone or oxycodone APAP.
When you have questions such as this, it is always best to ask a pharmacist. Any local pharmacist will answer these questions over the phone for you. Always best to be safe than sorry, I commend your desire to be accurate with your responsibility for the seniors.
