... off for about 5 years i had been doing 10 mgs every two months and got down to 5 but most off that time still doing more every 2 3 days but i am about to lose my family again and for some stupid reason i sill want it any advise?
No one wakes up one morning and decides to self medicate. There are always underlying issues and usually, a family history of addiction. Something is bothering you and you are trying to fix it or cover it.And you are not alone in that. Group and individual counseling have helped me figure out alot of things and have kept me straight now for a year and a half. I hope you can figure out if there are some lingering issues that are compounding your need to self medicate. I finally learned my family is poison for me, even though they think they are heaven sent. I hope this is not the case for you, but, it is for me and I have been clean for a year and a half and not talked to them for 2 years. They set me back everytime.
