I've done some research about this and what I seem to come up with is lots of water, fruits and veggies, exercise, natural and herbal teas, hot baths, and breathing exercise. Does this all seem reliable and what else can be done? I have been on percocet for about over a year, I tend to take them b/c they seem to positively change my moods and they also give me energy (weird, I know), but the down side to this tab is when the medication wears off, your back to square one or worse. The last time I took one was at about 3pm yesterday afternoon (I usually take another one 4 hours after my last one) but I stuck it out resulting in tingly feelings all throughout my body, yawning a lot, restless leg syndrome lol it felt like it was in my arms also, and I couldn't sleep a wink last night. Its just a horrible feeling not being able to fall asleep on your own and moving your arms back and forth back and forth its a pain (i tried it b4) but this time I got my bottleS of water ready, and if the tingly feelings and the not being able to feel blood flow through my legs or arms is what I have to go through then I think I am prepared ... only after this one last question.
