Im prescribed sleepING pills and stopped taking them when I started school in may as j had morning classes and the hangover made me anxious.Hey I have a disorder where my circadian rhythem does work on nights I go to sleep sober. Opposed to nights when I go to sleep intoxicated on alcohol I tend to be able to naturally wake up. How can I treat this as I know Im capable of waking up early drunk. Will I develop a dependence if I could afford to trigger this CR by drinking. At first I thought I had a problem creating to much melatonin during the day as I tend to sleep in on days I have no prior engagements.
