Idk what should I do? But let me make this thing clear I m not on low calorie diet so is that the reason ?
I am not a doctor but I suggest that you start keeping track of your food intake. MyFitnessPal has been a big help for me. I have been taking Contrave for 3 months.
Towards the end of the first month and I was not making any progress so I started paying more attention to my food.
Keeping track of "everything" I ate and drank. Water is important. Decided on 1,250 calories a day. I try to walk daily (1 mile if possible).
I am down 12 pounds since I started Contrave. I would rather lose then gain.
I am very happy with how I am progressing. Will just take time...
