Plan B won't, but EllaOne might (Ulipristal Acetate). That's the one you need to ask for. Plan B won't work when you're already ovulating.
Neither pill is as reliable as regular hormonal contraceptive pills, so there is still a chance that you may become pregnant. You need to do a pregnancy test in a couple of weeks, even if you have bleeding before then.
The other option is to have an IUD fitted by a doctor. You can Google that to see if it's an option for you.
