... pain/pressure. I have pretty bad anxiety and red online about natural supplements helping break the anxiety such as: Vitamin B,C,E, Zinc, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, GABA, Valerian or Ashwagandha Root, Kava and green tea (L-theanine).

My question is if its okay to mix these natural supplements with my medicine. I asked my Pharmacist and they didn't know because natural supplements aren't "FDA" approved and my Doctor is impossible to get a hold of until my next appointment in July...
