my husband has ms and he has been experiencing groin pain for over a year. he had a second mri and this was the findings. he has seen both urologist and neurologist and neither can find a reason for the pain.
All I can say is that I have groin pain and when a MRI was done, I had a tear in my hip. Would notice it mainly when trying to walk on an incline at first... and then just walking period and certain positions when sitting. Anyways, heterogeneous means mixed : consisting of dissimilar or diverse ingredients or constituents. They're saying nothing as for as a solid mass though... which is good. I wish I could be more helpful. Did you ask the doctor to explain it to you all more? And then ask, now what... because the pain is still there. I'm curious, is the pain constant or does it come and go? Sharp pains, achy, dull??? That's what I would do. Good luck to your husband and you!
