If person is in a medical facility should they be isolated
Anyone working in a medical facility should be aware of good hygiene standards and as far as I'm aware Herpes is not like some kind of gas that infects people at a distance. They certainly should not be stigmatised for it. A lot of people have it; you probably know a few people yourself.
I think it is no-ones business at all unless there are good reasons for disclosure (like a sex partner).
PS. I don't have Herpes but have plenty of experience with discrimination and it hurts.
