Hepatitis C - Is there a reason not to take Wellbutrin with the sovaldi/ ribivarin regime?

Why not call your liver clinic and speak to one of the treatment nurses (or equivalent and ask them)? They should have a detailed list of medications to avoid during treatment. Wellbutrin is commonly used as an anti-depressant and people during treatment are commonly prescribed a variety of different anti-depressants to deal with depression during this time which is quite common.

So while I would not be overly concerned about it, I would err on the side of caution and ask the Liver people anyway; just to be sure.
