Hepatitis B - Is inactive carrier of hep b contagious?

All persons who have the hep B antigen are infectious. The word infectious rather then contagious is important, because that means it can't be spread except for blood to blood contact. If a pos person sneezes they aren't going to give you hep B.

Thank you for answering my question. But i heard a lot of stories that inactive carrier can't pass hep b to other person because its inactive.
