... am experiencing small pain while discharge of stool. Please advice is this a piles or what. Please advice about the cure also.
This could be just the hemmorroid bleeding or you could have a fissure. You really should have a doc take a look. Also it would probably help to add a stool softener to your daily regimen. Hard stools can play havoc & cause some of these problems. Good luck to you & hope this heals ok for you, but is nothing to be mucking about with...
Sounds like hemorrhoid and anal fissure. The characteristic of the fissure is there is a small little tab, bulb at the base of the anus. This is indicating that there is a fissure. These are caused by many ways including constipation, straining, and long term diarrhea. If you are experiencing sharp pain and a lot of blood you need to get into an ER. One can bleed to death from this. I have had a close call with this, myself.
Blood from a fissure is bright red. Blood from colitis is dark, mahogany red. All of these need immediate treatment.
If there is just a smear of blood be sure to watch carefully as that can change without warning. clean after a bowel movement very carefully. Baby wipes are good and soothing. Get into a GI as soon as you can to evaluate.
