I recently joined this and have gotten some wonderful responses from wonderful people. Thank you. I just want to say to those who answered me, thank you. May you be happy and healthy! I, believe am at the end of my rope. I have nowhere else to turn, no help, and it seems will never get relief from the anxiety and depression. So many years now... I wish I could do better. And I know they probably will not put this up. Which is ok, I understand. May you all be well and happy!

There is no ailment which does not have a remedy, all its needs is that drive & the will power to stay over board, may God give you the strength to overcome the feelings of anxiety & depression, please be happy & thanks for the kind words anyways, this is a wonderful forum, where a unknown responds to another unknown, but there is common bond - humanity.
Please try to better, surely you could do it. God bless & take good care of yourself!
You must be strong, you must fight to overcome what you are experiencing..it can be done..if I can do it so can you, have faith in God and in yourself... never ever give up or struggle through life ..you must have the valor and courage that if you fall you get back up again , stronger and with more experience and it will happen, many times until one day from all that valor, courage and experience you will be free. And will not fall again.
Always have a possitive mental attitude..and you will see in due time... it does help, more than you can imagine.
Life is hard, we all know that, and we must face it with all the ups and downs, and when you are down you see everything black, but it is not, that is when you must realize either I victimise myself and go for self pitty or I get up and do something for myself... you become your own solution. Also with a good support network, your family, friends, doctors, meds... and know with us ...
WELCOME TO OUR VIRTUAL HOME... And you too be happier and healthier... thank you.
May God Bless you... may he always be by your side, in your heart in your soul in your mind and in your body.
There is always an answer, but sometimes it takes a while to find it. I promise there is one out there. Please let me/us help. I am a counselor and help people everyday. I chose this profession for a specific reason, to help people. My brother needed help along time ago and didn't get any and ended his life because of it. I won't let this happen again in my life. You don't understand what my family and I went through and I can't imagine another family going through it. Please I implore you, let me help. Please we can fight and beat this, you can prevail. Your friend Chris.
Hi Laurara, sorry you are having such a bad time. I'm in the UK so I don't know if your medical system works the same way. Do you have any voluntary groups in your area that might help? As you said that you find it hard to go outside, maybe someone coming to you. I find church voluntary groups ( you don't have to go to their church at least not here) are the best. As you have agoraphobia maybe there is a voluntary group near you. Not sure if you are in a city or what. What about Samaritans, they are great listeners? I have lived on my own a number of years and I know it is hard. Hang in there and as the others say sometimes having a higher power helps. But dont harm yourself. As I have experienced life changes at the drop of a hat and you dont know what is waiting for you. A better life I sincerely hope. Carolx
Laurara, are you still here, I hope so. I thanked the people on here too. I feel the same way as you. Read my posts and their replies maybe it will help you. I'm trying to let them help me too. I hope you didn't do anything. Please post a comment if you get my response, I'm worried. I am one of the people that posted an answer on your anxiety question.
Hi Laurara, just found another message, must be because I am in the South West part of England,. although I am Scottish. It is taking more time to get to me. I read Bucky1 which left a no. Call him and see what he can do. You appear to me to be in a very difficult position. Over here we have the NHS which of course is free. I understand now why you just can't change medicines so easily. I would try one of the churches though, see if they can help, all of them if you have to. You have the girls to think of too. You need someone to help you. I grew up with no family too, I do understand. It's hard. Give Bucky1 a call, would give you mine but the expense is too much.
Dont feel embarassed, this is a health problem you have which is not helped by your position.
