Depression meds and migraines . I have gained over 40 1bs since 2010. I also have severe heel spurs so walking is out of the queston. I know I sound pitifulbut my goal is to leave a decent life and be healthy. 220 lbs. at 5' 6" is not healthy. Any ideas?

Diet,I don't believe in most of these diets and I am fortunate not to need them but there are always trade offs,rite?everyone I know that's lost weight swears by weight watchers.I think for free you could slowly try to cut serving sizes,eat lots of fresh veggies ,fresh all if affordable,eat 5times a day,but smaller meals.if you have a girlfriend to do this with even better.good luck you can do this but those calories have to be reduced,ESP. If you can't exercise?c p.s. Yoga,some of those floor exercises really work! Goog luck again,c
Ok I don't know what kind f med you have but even if you have a state med card most podiatrist will exept. They will make you special shoes for your spurs and special inserts to help feet feel better. Besides that any excerise will help if you can and doesn't bother your bacck literal sit on your couck while watching a movie listening to music whatever you like bounce yur back of the back f the couch rocking back and forth. Twist alittle side to side at times if yu can lift legs up and down 10 times each. If possible lay in yor bes bring your knees up as high as your hips a few at time. Better than sit ups without as much stress. You can use a can of vegatbles as weights . You don't have to do all these things whatever is comfortabble start out slow 5 of one at more as you get comfortable if you have a swivil chair like at your computer do sme twist on there. You will slowly loose weight it will start 1lb at a time the more you do the more it'll burn off. Diets don't work remember you need calories to burn fat if you don't eat calories your body will store fat. Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. Oatmeal fr breakfast with a piece of fruit. Salad with slices of chicken for lunch cheese and crackers for a snack a turkey sandwhich and carrots for dinner yogury with fresh berries for dessert so you have something sweet thing like that. That will give you energy to get through the dat and your body will burn fat. Goto bmi.com or look up bodt mass index they have great meal plans and great ways and advise on hw yo do it correctly. You can do it. I lost 50 lbs doing these things I foung out even when I exercised I didn't loos weight cause my body thought it was starving from not eating correctly. Remember a serving size is basically a handful always have more fruit or veggies n your plate than anything else. And if you eat 5 or 6 times a day you won't be hungry. And don't deprive yourself if you have a craving say for chocolate eat a fun size hershey bar or dark choc shaving in you oatmeal. 100 calorie bags of cookies good snack. Hope this helps good luck best wishes. Oh if you drink a lot of pop id give it up if you can don't drink diet it honestly don't help loose weight. Switch to fruit juice propells anything if yu can't go without limit 1 a day pop is a big weight gainer. Best of luck
