... left final molar.
Coming home, I went to the dentist who pointed out that the gum there just at the very back was loose and he did a thorough clean.
A few days later I noticed on the inside of the gum (tongue side) below this molar there was a small white growth, almost calciferous,
non-painful, which felt rough to my tongue.
This growth got bigger over the next week (but still only about 1.5mm across) and I was getting worried but today I have woken up to find
that it has dropped off leaving just a small round depression where it was.
It's quite hard to get an appointment so I've searched the Internet for pictures of something similar but can't find anything.
I was wondering if you anyone could give me a clue as to what it was ? Thank you
