What happened, why can't I get it anymore? What can replace it, with minimal side effects?
Choline magnesium trisalicylate is in a class of drugs called salicylates. It works by reducing substances in the body that cause pain and inflammation.
Aspirin is the closest alternative to Choline magnesium trisalicylate. It is a salicylate. You could also try other non steroidal anti-inflammatories such as Naproxen or Ibuprofen. All should be taken with food to minimise stomach upset. Speak to your pharmacist.
