As of March 1st I'm 273! I have some stomach cramps at times. I only have headaches when I don't eat. I beat the nausea by eating something very small with my dosage. As of March 1st I added a light workout! How much have anyone lost without exercising? Can somebody give me feedback on their success? I'm also a member of the scale down program and I love it!!!
I've been on the medication since December. I've lost almost 30 lbs. However, I work out 3 to 4 days per week. I've had success so far. I get nausea and headaches periodically, so I try to eat something even if I'm not hungry. It's usually nuts, yogurt, soup, or something light like that. Good luck to you. Sounds like you are making progress.
I just started my week three on Tuesday (started program at 261) and I'm down 10lbs 4ozs and 2" around the main parts in measurements (also on scale down, also love it!) It's amazing to hear of your great success!! Keep up the great work and adding some exercise I bet you'll lose even quicker!! I'll be looking for updates! I only do warm water exercises at the moment because of osteoarthritis but I'm feeling so good that I think I'm ready to do exercises outside of the pool! I'd suggest it if it's an option for you it has saved me so much pain! Good luck to you dear!!
