... originally treated me for a muscles spasm and gave me cyclobenzaprine which I have been taking at night. I saw a physiotherapist and have been doing stretches and have been treating the condition as a muscle spasm. I've been to get x-rays and it turns out I have a fractured T11 vertebrae. My pain has gotten worse and I am more stiff now than before. I have been intimate with my partner and ignored discomfort when I felt it.

Will the stretches I've been doing (leg raises, cobra pose, twists, and hamstring/hip stretches) or the intimacy have made it worse? How should I be sleeping? Will wearing a corset help? I also have recently been doing some hiking and lifting of things while camping which did hurt a little, but just recently I found out it was a fracture. I'm quite worried. Thank you in advance
