If I'm with someone I can go further but not more than a mile or two. Any advise would be great. Also if your experiencing bad attacks how do you calm yourself?
It sounds like you are experiencing panic attacks. You should visit your doctor and explain the situation. There are many antidepressants that can help with anxiety and panic attacks. Also, seeing a therapist will help you greatly. I personally don't have panic attacks but I do have depression. Taking 250 mg. of magnesium supplements can help with the anxiety as well as the panic attacks. Cut the magnesium tablet in half. Take half in the morning and half at bedtime. Some people can take larger doses. Start out at this dose and slowly raise your dosage if needed, not to exceed 500 mg. I hope you feel better, soon...
