Hi, Ive just taken mirena out 11/25/13 avd TTC. Cycles didn't stop like other users and I was still having regular cycles every month on time... February 14 would've been 4 years.. When will my cycles "return" if it's late this month and I've been taking ovulation tests & no luck :(. I started bleeding 2 days after removal for 3 days, but regular time I had cycles has passed and nothing ... HELP
Be patient. It can take up to six months for your body to return to normal (ovulating and cycling normally)and most couples will conceive within the first 12 months of trying. You only have a 3-4 day window of fertility each month so it can be a little more difficult to get pregnant that one would think. It seems it is always easier to get pregnant when you dont WANT to be pregnant! Try to relax and let it happen. You have only just begun trying. Very few women get pregnant their first month of trying. If a year goes by with no luck you need to consult your gynecologist.
