I dont know about the spiders but it can be harmful to pets and people if it is ingested. Pennyroyal is UNSAFE. It can cause side effects in humans such as stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, burning of the throat, fever, confusion, restlessness, seizures, dizziness, vision and hearing problems, high blood pressure, abortion, lung failure, brain damage, kidney and liver damage, death, and other serious side effects. If it is bad for us, it will most likely be the same for dogs and cats. Call pest control. Many of them use pesticides that are safe for pets.
