... works. Clearly it does not. I myself am on Nexium and i can tell you from experence that it does not. The person or persons responsible for this decision should be made responsible for the many people that are suffering because this drug has been taken off of the insurance list because it was deemed the generic is the same or it works

CM60; This is all up to each Insurance company the best you can do is call the number on YOUR OWN INSURANCE COMPANY and ask them if there is in way you can get back on the brand name the generic is not working and is there a form your doctor can fill out that say you can only use brand name.Most call it a prior authorization and most times it is rejected the first time and you can then request a hearing on it.But THE problem is with your Insurance company so that is who you want to call all Insurance is different and make up their own rules and formula. best of luck Chuck1957
