Doc says my anxiety is being caused by a B12 deficiency. Had this before. It should get better by end of July
Sorry you are having such a rough time right now. Insomnia sucks big time. Ambien only worked occasionally for me. I have had success with low dose seroquel (25 to 50mg) & melatonin. Trazodone never worked for me either & it dried out my sinuses too much. Best of luck to you mate !
I experienced the same thing every night of the last 20 years . I he’d sever panic when it was time for me to go to sleep. I didn’t have a life lost jobs and family and friends simply because i was a sad person with out sleep people didn’t want to be around me. i tried medication none of them worked for long. So with the right dr and lost of work we figured it out. Ambie cr and a low dose of doxepin changed the way i slept. The medication helped and it has it days it don’t work but that’s very often. Now the most important thing is not to panic when it time to go to sleep u have to train you mind that sleep is a good thing and not the worst or most stressful time of your day . One more thing a white noise machine or a Raining video on youtube really works to. It’s not easy and takes a lot of work but once you are at that place things get much better. I know i make it sound easier than it’s seems but anxiety no long rules my lift and i’m a better person to be around and i enjoy life again. i wish you the best
