I'm not sure what you're asking exactly. Are you trying to find out if you can blame a healthcare worker for your adverse reaction? If so then you may want to visit a legal forum. Generally though when you visit a doctor you sign a waiver, so unless the doctor knowingly prescribed you something that they 'knew' would cause an adverse reaction, I'm not sure there's much you can do.
